Notifications & alerts

What the platform tells you, where it tells you — in-app, email, and push straight to your phone — and how to keep it all signal.

What arrives, and what it carries

Alerts land in the Notifications page and sort themselves into families: Bookings, Sales, Inbox, Flow alerts, Account, and Other. Filter tabs sit across the top, so “show me just the money” is one click.

The alerts carry the substance, not just the headline. A booking alert names the person, their email, the service, the amount if it was paid, and the time they booked. A sales alert reads like a receipt. An inbox alert tells you which conversation just became yours.

Flow alerts come from the Notify Team step — drop it anywhere in a flow and decide exactly which moments deserve a human’s attention.

Three channels: in-app, email, push

Every alert appears in the app. On top of that, Settings → Notifications lets each teammate choose email and push delivery per type of alert — your support person can get inbox pings while only the owner gets the money mail.

Each notification shows how it was delivered, so “did that email go out?” answers itself.

Push on your phone

Browser push works after a one-time permission prompt on your computer. For your phone, there’s one extra step that matters: install the app first, then turn notifications on from inside it.

  1. 1Open the dashboard on your phone and install it — Add to Home Screen on iPhone, Install app on Android.
  2. 2Open the installed app (not the browser tab) and go to Settings → Notifications.
  3. 3Turn on push. Your phone asks for permission once; after that, a new booking buzzes the lock screen.

The digest and the Monday letter

The activity digest is a periodic email summary of what happened across your workspace — sends, conversations, results — with its cadence and delivery time set in Settings → Notifications. Days with nothing to report simply don’t send; an empty digest is noise, and you won’t get one.

If your plan includes selling, there’s also the weekly revenue letter: every Monday, a short note of what your automations earned last week. It follows one rule — it only sends when there’s money to report. A quiet week sends nothing, and your first letter arrives after your first sale. Its toggle lives in the same Settings → Notifications page.

Keep it signal

Mark alerts read as you go, or sweep them: select several and delete them together, or clear an entire family at once — “Delete all booking alerts” means exactly that and touches nothing else.

Deleting an alert never deletes the thing it pointed to. Conversations, bookings, and orders stay exactly where they were.
