Asset delivery
Store your lead magnets once, deliver them from any flow — natively in the DM or as a trackable link.
The asset library
The asset library is your workspace’s single shelf of deliverables — the PDF guide, the preset pack, the video lesson, the checklist. Upload a file once and every flow can send it; replace the file and every flow sends the new version. You’ll find it in the main sidebar under Assets.
Unlike the other modules on this page, the library is core: it’s included on every plan, starting with Creator. Per-file size and total storage scale with your plan, and it takes the formats that matter — images, audio, video, PDFs, archives, and documents like spreadsheets, slides, and text files.
Upload and organize
Everything happens on the Assets page: add files, sort them into folders, and manage each one from a details panel.
- 1Open Assets in the sidebar.
- 2Choose Upload, or drag a file straight onto the page. Files can be as large as your plan’s per-file limit.
- 3Sort with folders: New folder groups related files, and New subfolder adds one level inside a folder.
- 4Find anything fast with the search box and the type filter.
- Click any asset to open its details: rename it, add a description and tags, or preview and download it.
- Replace swaps the file while keeping the same link — every flow using it picks up the new version automatically.
- Move relocates an asset between folders; Delete removes it once it’s no longer used in any live flow.
The Send Asset node
Send Asset is the delivery step in a flow. Point it at a library asset and choose how it arrives:
- Auto — the default: Instagram-supported PDFs, images, audio, and video go as native attachments, and anything else sends as a button. The safe choice for most flows.
- Native — attaches the file right in the thread. Best for images and short videos the contact should see without leaving the chat; unsupported formats or sizes fall back to a button.
- Button — sends a secure download button to a branded viewer page. Best for large files, documents, and anything worth tracking.
What the recipient sees
A button opens a clean viewer: the file previewed inline where the format allows, a clear download, and nothing else competing for attention. Links are time-limited, so a lead magnet you share today doesn’t float around the internet forever.
Know who actually opened it
Button delivery is trackable. Each asset counts Link opens on its viewer page, so “sent” stops being your only signal — you see what got opened, not just what got delivered. Native in-thread attachments trade that tracking for landing the file directly in the chat.
The Assets list keeps the running numbers next to every file — In flows, Sent, and Link opens — and pairing a tracked send with a wait-for-click branch lets the flow follow up differently with people who grabbed the file and people who didn’t.
You can share a viewer link outside a flow too: copy an asset’s link from its details panel and drop it in a bio, a story, or an email — no flow required.
Native in-DM delivery works on every plan; tracked links — the viewer page and its share links — are included from Growth and above.
