Digital products
Sell inside the conversation: products, storefronts, checkout in the DM, and a library your customers keep.
Commerce that lives in the conversation
The digital products module turns the automation you already run into a sales channel: a flow qualifies interest, drops a checkout button into the DM, and delivers the product the moment payment lands — no website required. There’s a public storefront too, but the conversation is the star; the storefront is where it points.
Digital products are included from the Growth plan — activate the module from the Add-ons hub and manage everything under Add-ons → Products. How many storefronts a workspace can run scales with your plan.
Products and storefronts
Products come in three shapes: standard products that deliver a file or an access link, freebies that skip checkout entirely, and access-code products that hand out license keys from an inventory you upload. Free products are first-class — a freebie flow is the classic lead magnet with a storefront-grade delivery path.
Each connected Instagram account can have one storefront — its own public page at your store link, with its own slug, product lineup, and settings. Your catalog is workspace-wide; you choose what each storefront surfaces.
Get paid through your own Stripe
Checkout runs on Stripe Connect: you connect your own Stripe account from the products settings, and buyers pay you directly — Ravela never holds your money. A per-sale platform fee applies to paid orders; the pricing page has the specifics. Checkout itself can run Stripe-hosted or embedded in the storefront page.
- 1Open Add-ons → Products → Settings and connect your Stripe account (a guided onboarding, one time).
- 2Create your first product and attach the file, link, or key inventory it delivers.
- 3Assign it to a storefront — or skip straight to selling it from a flow.
Sell from a flow
Two nodes carry the whole in-DM sales motion:
- Payment Gate sends a checkout button in the conversation, then branches on the outcome — paid, abandoned, or already owned — so your follow-up matches reality. An optional order bump offers an add-on at checkout.
- Product Delivery fulfills after purchase (or for freebies): grant access through the customer library, or deliver directly in the DM.
After the sale
Buyers keep a home: the customer library is a verification-protected page where every purchase stays accessible — no “can you resend the file” DMs six months later. On your side, the Orders tab tracks paid, pending, abandoned, refunded, and disputed orders, and the Analytics tab shows revenue and top products so you know what to make more of.
