Work as a team
Invite teammates, split up the inbox, and keep the internal chatter internal — assignments, notes, snooze, and saved replies.
One workspace, many hands
Everything in your workspace — flows, inbox, contacts, add-ons — can be shared with teammates. Each person gets their own login and a role that decides what they can touch, from full admin down to support roles that work the inbox without seeing billing.
Your plan includes a set number of seats; the Team section shows how many are in use at a glance.
Invite a teammate
Invitations travel by email and are tied to the address you invite. When your teammate accepts, they land straight in your workspace — no plan selection, no setup of their own.
- 1Open Settings → Workspace and find the Team section.
- 2Enter their email, pick a role, and send the invitation.
- 3They follow the link and sign up with that same email. If they sign up with a different one, the invite politely refuses and tells them which address to use.
- 4Waiting on someone? Every pending invitation shows its link — copy it and send it over any channel, or resend the email.
Assign conversations
Any conversation in the inbox can be assigned to a teammate, and the Mine filter shows each person exactly the conversations that are theirs — nothing else pretending to be.
The assignee gets a notification through whatever channels they have on. If you change your mind and reassign, the previous person’s alert is withdrawn too, so nobody chases a conversation that already moved.
Internal notes and saved replies
Notes let your team talk about a conversation inside the conversation — context, warnings, handover details. They’re visible only to your workspace, never to the contact, and they also live on the contact’s panel so the history follows the person.
Saved replies are reusable answers shared by the whole workspace. Write the answer to a common question once; everyone inserts it from the composer instead of retyping it — and the reply stays available even if its author later leaves the team.
Snooze the noise
Waiting on someone to get back to you Thursday? Snooze the conversation and it steps out of the list until then — or wakes up early the moment they reply, so nothing slips.
Snooze only tidies your inbox view. Flows, automations, and timers keep running for that contact exactly as before.
