What to build next

Your first flow is live. Here’s how creators and brands usually grow from one automation into a system.

More ways into a conversation

Comments are one door; triggers can open several more. Each one connects an Instagram moment to a flow you already know how to build:

  • DM keyword — “DM me PRICES” starts a menu, an FAQ, or a qualifying conversation.
  • Story reply — turn every reply to your story into a lead-capture conversation.
  • Story and post mentions — thank people who share you, automatically and personally.
  • Live comment — run keyword offers while you’re live, when attention peaks.
  • Any DM — a catch-all welcome for whatever arrives when no keyword matches.

Make your flows smarter

Your first flow sent one message. The builder has 25 node types, and a handful of them do most of the heavy lifting as you level up:

  • Conditions — branch on what the contact said, their tags, or what they’ve done before.
  • Ask for input — collect an answer and reuse it later in the conversation.
  • Delays and waits — pause for a reply, or space messages out so they land naturally.
  • Tags — segment contacts as they move, so follow-up hits the right people.
  • Send Asset — deliver files from your asset library as trackable lead magnets.
  • Random split — A/B test two versions of a message and keep the winner.
  • Raffles — run giveaways with automated entry collection and winner selection.

Templates to remix

The template gallery holds twenty flows across eight categories — capturing leads, selling products, growing your audience, supporting customers, and more. Each is labeled with a difficulty and a setup-time estimate, so you know what you’re signing up for.

Try the Quiz Funnel to qualify leads, the FAQ Menu to deflect repeat questions, or the Giveaway Entry Guard the next time you run a promotion. Templates are starting points — open one, study how it’s wired, and make it yours.

Grow into the included modules

As your plan grows, flows stop being just conversations and become a full capture-and-follow-up system. Growth plans and up include three modules that plug straight into the flows you already have:

Automation stays the engine — the modules are where the conversation leads.

  • Email automation — capture consent in a flow, then nurture with welcome and drip sequences.
  • Forms — branching, hosted forms sent right in the DM; answers flow back into your automation.
  • Digital products — a built-in storefront with in-DM delivery, so a comment can become a customer without leaving the conversation.
